Buried exclusion barrier installed along a foundation — actual Carolina Wildlife Removal job

Locally owned & operated

The owner answers. The owner shows up.

Carolina Wildlife Removal was founded by Joseph Herring after earning a degree in Animal Science from NC State. The team now carries more than 15 years of wildlife control experience — and because we're locally owned and operated out of Wendell, the owner is involved with every job.

Our specialty is the combination most companies skip: humane removal plus real exclusion. Squirrels come in through attic soffits, raccoons through vents and attic fans, bats through cracks no wider than your finger. Removing the animal without sealing the route is a temporary fix — so we do both, and we guarantee the exclusion work.

What we believe

  • Humane treatment isn't optional. Live traps and one-way devices wherever possible, daily physical trap checks, NCWRC-compliant handling and relocation.
  • Communication is the service. Customers consistently tell us the daily updates mattered as much as the removal. You'll never wonder what's happening on your own roof.
  • Price it straight. One set price for the job, agreed before work starts. Not per entry point, no surprises.

Qualified for the whole job

We're licensed and insured, our team are state-certified Wildlife Control Agents, and a qualified contractor is on staff for repairs — so damaged soffits, fascia and vents get fixed properly, not patched.
