Pull-down attic doors are the #1 interior entry point for bats and small critters — and a major energy leak. We install insulated attic-door seals that stay fully accessible while closing that gap.
Dead animal removal
A foul odor from the crawl space usually means something died there. We locate and remove dead animals of any size — up to and including deer in the yard — and treat affected areas with an enzyme that breaks down the odor at the source.
Humane methods, by the book
We use live traps wherever possible and relocate animals to safe wooded areas miles from your home. Under North Carolina law, some species cannot be relocated and must be euthanized to prevent the spread of disease — we'll always tell you exactly what the law requires before work starts.

Do you relocate every animal you catch?
Wherever the law allows, yes — to safe wooded areas several miles away. North Carolina law prohibits relocating certain disease-vector species; in those cases we follow the legally required protocol and tell you up front.
